To transition a 1900-member janitorial services association in financial crisis with declining membership and meeting attendance into a dynamic, financially sound, growth-oriented community.

In less than 18 months, Oliver helped the organization pay off all pre-existing debt (more than $400,000).  His membership solutions doubled the average monthly increase in new members and created new programs and services.

     Olivers turnaround strategy resulted in a 95% reduction of projected losses in year 1 and record meeting attendance and profits.

     He developed a voluntary contribution fund raising more than $375,000 in less than 7 months.

     The vendor partner sponsorship program Oliver created generated $150,000 in new revenue in its first year.
